Malin Allqvie

Malin Elvia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance and customer support sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Insurance Experience at Hedvig since December 2021, Malin leads the Claims and Insurance Experience unit, focusing on building trust and serving members across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. Prior to this role, Malin was the Head of Support at Wolt, where responsibilities included team leadership, strategic planning, and cultivating a strong service culture for a support team of over 50 individuals. Malin's experience at Uber spanned multiple roles, including Senior Operations Manager for Uber Eats, where collaboration on sales strategies and program management played key roles, as well as Community Operations Manager. Earlier experience includes customer service at Nordea. Malin holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Liberal Studies) from The University of Sydney Business School and completed an International Section in the Social Sciences program at Kungsholmens Gymnasium in Stockholm.
