Malin Elvia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance and customer support sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Insurance Experience at Hedvig since December 2021, Malin leads the Claims and Insurance Experience unit, focusing on building trust and serving members across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
