Andrew Redding, P.E. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Interconnection and Transmission at Heelstone Renewable Energy, LLC. Prior to this role, they were the Interconnection Manager at the same company.
Before joining Heelstone Renewable Energy, Andrew worked at Nashville Electric Service as a Renewable Program Manager and Power Quality Engineer. In this role, they assisted in bringing renewable projects to the NES territory and facilitated the interconnection of renewable systems to the NES grid.
Andrew also has experience at PPL Electric Utilities as a Distribution Reliability and Power Quality Engineer, PPL Corporation as a Distribution Planning Engineer, and PPL Corporation as a PPL Smart Grid Cooperative Associate. Additionally, they founded and chaired the Fountain Hill Stickball Classic charity tournament, which raises funds for the Joan E. and Mike Glagola Memorial Scholarship.
Andrew Redding, P.E. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University in the year 2012. Andrew received their Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the Tennessee Department of Commerce & Insurance in 2019 and their Engineer in Training certification from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2015.
