Jean-Paul Göbel

Jean-Paul Göbel has a diverse work experience. Jean-Paul began their career at METRO/MAKRO Cash and Carry in 2013, working in the role of Business Development for two months. Later that year, they moved to HEINEKEN where they were involved in Strategic Planning and Business Control from November 2013 to April 2014. In 2015, they joined Leonardo & Co. as an M&A Advisory for a brief period of three months. At the same time, they started working at Heerema Marine Contractors as a Corporate Financial Analyst, a role they held until June 2019. During this time, they also took on the position of Corporate Financial Specialist for three months. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Accounting & Reporting at Heerema Marine Contractors. In 2019, they briefly worked as the CFO at Pipeline Technique from January to August.

Jean-Paul Göbel holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics and Business Economics, which they completed from 2009 to 2012 at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Jean-Paul pursued further studies at the same university, completing a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Financial Economics from 2012 to 2014. Jean-Paul also attended a summer school program focused on Financial Markets at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2011. Lastly, they obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Financial Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2013 to 2015.
