Maarten Veldhuizen

Maarten Veldhuizen has a diverse work experience in the maritime industry. Maarten currently works as a Product Development Lead at Heerema Marine Contractors since 2021. Prior to that, they held various positions at C-Job Naval Architects from 2016 to 2021, including Business Unit Manager and Project Manager for several crane vessel projects. Before that, they worked at Huisman Equipment B.V. from 2009 to 2016, where they held roles such as Project Coordinator Naval Architecture and Structural Engineer. Maarten also gained experience as a Project Engineer at Subsea 7 and as a Structural Engineer at Bluewater Energy Services. Additionally, Maarten had a trainee and thesis work experience at Heerema Marine Contractors in 2006.

Maarten Veldhuizen completed their MSc in Civil Engineering at Delft University of Technology from 1999 to 2006.
