Robbert Sloos

Robbert Sloos has extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Robbert has served as the Chief Financial Officer at Heerema Marine Contractors since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Seaway 7 as the VP Group Controller & Commercial Finance, and later as the Finance Director Renewables BU Subsea 7/CFO Seaway 7. Before that, they held the position of VP Finance & Control at Heerema Marine Contractors, where they were responsible for various financial and managerial tasks. Robbert also worked as the Manager Accounting & External Reporting at the same company. Additionally, Sloos served as the Chief Financial Officer at Pipeline Technique, overseeing finance, control, HR, and IT. Earlier in their career, they worked at KPMG Nederland in various roles, including Trainee to Manager Audit.

Robbert Sloos holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004. Robbert then pursued a Master's degree in Accountancy from the University of Amsterdam, completing it from 2004 to 2008. In 2006, Robbert enrolled at the Nederlandse Beroepsorganisatie van Accountants (NBA) to earn their RA, Registeraccountant, Dutch Certified Public Accountant degree, which they finished in 2010. In 2012, they attended IMD, where they studied Organizational Leadership. Lastly, from 2017 to 2018, Robbert attended Nyenrode Business University to focus on Foundations of Management.
