Stan Mattfeld

Stan Mattfeld, CPA, serves as a Senior Project Controller at Heerema Marine Contractors since November 2010, managing financial aspects of large-scale, multi-year projects to ensure successful budget adherence. Previously, Mattfeld held various roles at HP from October 1997 to April 2010, including HR Director, where comprehensive workforce plans for large international organizations were developed, and Senior HR Manager overseeing HR data quality and metrics. Additional experience includes positions as Division Controller and Global Fixed Asset Manager at HP, as well as an Assistant Controller at Thermon Manufacturing Co. and an Accounting Supervisor at Oshmans Sporting Goods. Stan Mattfeld began a military career as a Captain and attack helicopter pilot in the United States Marine Corps from January 1983 to November 1988. Mattfeld earned a BBA in Accounting from Texas State University between 1978 and 1982.
