Steeve Goubet

Steeve Goubet is a Product Manager and Care Project Manager at Heetch since February 2020, responsible for managing the Care roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders to shape vision and strategy, and applying project methodologies to identify and resolve operational pain points. Steeve also serves as a user expert, facilitating communication between the Care team and product development, while managing tools like Zendesk and Jira to enhance team performance. Previous experience includes volunteering as a Project Assistant at ICLEI, interning at ADEO and Invent@UCA, co-leading a mobile application project at Solorus, and various customer support roles. Steeve holds a Master of Science in Project Program Management and Business Development from SKEMA Business School and has a background in business and commerce education.
