Bertrand Nicolet is an experienced professional in the field of surface engineering and innovation management. Currently serving as Innovation Manager at HEF Groupe since May 2021, Bertrand is involved in providing comprehensive solutions from research to technology transfer. As President and Vice President of MANUTECH USD since January 2016, Bertrand oversees the development of advanced equipment for high-speed surface functionalization and characterization, contributing to a multidisciplinary initiative focused on advanced materials and processing. Prior experience includes serving as Directeur associé at Alma Consulting Group, where responsibilities included corporate marketing and innovation financing. Bertrand's career began as a Consultant at Essor Europe and a Chargé de mission at ANRT. Educational qualifications include an MS in Chemistry from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Ingénieurs en Arts Chimiques et Technologiques.
