Chad Bakken

Chad Bakken is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background. Chad started their career at PwC, where they worked as an Experienced Senior Associate, gaining expertise in accounting and business advisory services. Chad then joined EchoStar Communications Corporation as an Accounting Manager before moving on to Richmond American Homes, where they held various positions including Director of Finance, Controller, VP of Finance, and VP of Division Finance. During their time at Richmond American Homes, Chad was heavily involved in ERP implementation and drove continuous improvement in the division. Chad continued their finance career at RK Mechanical as the CFO and VP of Finance, and then moved to Oakwood Homes LLC, where they served as the CFO. Chad later joined Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC, where they held the roles of VP of Development and Capital Markets, and SVP of Finance and Reporting. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at HEI Civil.

Chad Bakken attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
