Scott Cowee is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in construction and project oversight. Currently serving as Project Manager at HEI Civil since February 2019, Scott has a history of leadership roles including Owner of Cowee Home Improvements and Sales Manager at Forterra, Inc. Prior experience includes significant positions at Oldcastle Infrastructure, where responsibilities spanned purchasing management and project oversight for major clients such as Xcel Energy. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from Ranken Technical College, Scott Cowee has developed expertise in procurement, project coordination, and compliance with industry standards throughout a dynamic career.
