Michael Gibbons

Michael Gibbons has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Michael is currently serving as the Vice President of Finance at The Heico Companies LLC. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President/Sr Director of Finance at Infinera from 2014 to 2023. In this role, they were responsible for various financial planning and analysis activities, as well as restructuring and cost reduction initiatives. Before joining Infinera, Gibbons worked as the Sr Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Integrated DNA Technologies in 2013. Here, they managed global finance, accounting, and HR functions. Additionally, Gibbons worked at Hospira, Inc from 2004 to 2013, where they held positions such as Director of Corporate Finance and FP&A and Director of Business Development. Michael led financial planning, reporting, and corporate development activities during their tenure at Hospira. Prior to these roles, Gibbons worked at PwC, where they held various positions including Director of Transaction Services and Associate Manager in Audit. Throughout their career, they have gained experience in financial analysis, due diligence, valuation, and deal negotiations.

Michael Gibbons attended DePaul University from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
