Luis Alberto Jimenez

Luis Alberto Jimenez is an experienced Structures Engineer currently employed at HEICO Aerospace since October 2014. Previously, Jimenez held positions as Aeronautical Engineer at AVS ALL AVIATION SERVICES for a brief period in August 2014, and as Structures and Support Engineering Chief at Avianca from August 2003 to July 2014. Additionally, Jimenez contributed to the field of aviation education as an instructor at Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores and Escuela Aeronáutica de Colombia between 2003 and 2005. Prior experience includes roles as Quality Control Inspector and FAA A&P at Aces (Aerolineas Centrales de Colombia) from February 1991 to August 2003. Jimenez holds multiple degrees, including an Ingeniero Aeronautico from Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores, a specialization in production management from Universidad Antonio Nariño, and an Ingeniero Industrial degree also from Universidad Antonio Nariño. Furthermore, Jimenez completed a Técnico de Aviación in Mantenimiento Aeronautico at Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje SENA.
