Heather Oakes

Heather Oakes, CRA, OCT-C, is a Senior Clinical Trials Manager at Heidelberg Engineering, where they oversee clinical data collection sites in the US and collaborate on clinical trials. Previously, Heather held roles as a Clinical Trials Manager and Interim Clinical Trials Manager, contributing significantly to the documentation and approval of various research initiatives. They began their career as an Ophthalmic Photographer at New England Eye Center and advanced through positions at UMass Memorial Medical Center and PAREXEL, accumulating extensive experience in ophthalmology imaging and clinical research. Heather earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Fitchburg State College.
