Mark Bayram

Mark Bayram is an experienced sales leader with a proven track record in the medical technology sector. Currently serving as Head of US Sales at Heidelberg Engineering since May 2017, Mark oversees a sales team focused on the Spectralis Diagnostic Imaging Platform within the ophthalmology and optometry markets. Prior to this role, Mark held positions including Director of Sales and Business Development at Second Sight Medical Products, where responsibilities included commercializing an innovative retinal implant, and various sales management roles at St. Jude Medical-Abbott, Thoratec-Abbott, and Somanetics Corporation-Medtronic, among others. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business and Communications from Illinois State University.
