Joseph Fain

Joseph Fain is a seasoned maintenance professional with extensive experience in the cement industry. Currently serving as the Senior Maintenance Manager at Heidelberg Materials North America since June 2022, Fain has a diverse background, having held multiple roles at Nevada Cement Company from October 2003 to July 2022, including Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and Maintenance Planner, among others. Fain holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Arkansas Grantham, completed between 2010 and 2015.
