Scott Seale

Scott Seale is an experienced professional in the field of compensation and benefits, currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at Heidelberg Materials North America since October 2018. Prior to this role, Scott held various positions at JC Penney from March 2015 to April 2018, including VP of Compensation & Benefits and Senior Director of Benefits.
