Jon Dransfield

Jon Dransfield is an experienced health and safety professional with a career spanning over three decades in the construction and aggregates industry. Currently serving as the Head of Health and Safety at Heidelberg Materials UK since June 2011, Jon has held various roles including Safety, Health and Environmental Business Partner and Health, Safety and Environmental Manager. Significant achievements include developing a corporate machinery guarding procedure, and contributing to a remarkable reduction in lost time injuries across a large employee base. Previous roles include Health and Safety Consultant at Touchstone Safety Solutions Ltd, and Senior Health and Safety Advisor at Aggregate Industries, among others. Jon is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health and has attended extensive training courses, including a NEBOSH Diploma.
