Rod Lafargue

Rod Lafargue is an accomplished procurement and business development professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles at Heidelberg Materials UK since September 2011, including Procurement Director, Managing Director of the dredging division, and General Manager of the mining division, where Rob managed full P&L accountability and strategic operations. Additionally, Rod serves as a Non-Executive Director at New Milton Sand & Ballast, contributing insights to the independent producer and supplier in aggregates, sands, and waste management. Prior experience includes roles at Accedian (now part of Cisco) as International Business Development Manager and Marketing Manager, as well as serving as Executive Assistant to the CEO, where Rod contributed to the international development strategy of a technology start-up. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris and a Master’s in Physics and Materials from INSA Lyon, complemented by an additional Master’s from The University of Sheffield.
