Alan Turuspekov

Alan Turuspekov is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the construction materials industry, currently serving as the Director of the Competence Center Readymix Europe at Heidelberg Materials since April 2013, overseeing readymix concrete operations across 21 European countries. Previously, Alan held various strategic roles, including Director for Northern/Eastern Europe-Central Asia, managing over 350 plants and substantial revenues, and has been involved in business development and management across multiple organizations. In addition to ongoing responsibilities at Heidelberg, Alan is a member of the Management Board at HMobile, focused on innovative building solutions, and serves as an Adviser to the President of the Sambo Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic since February 2013. Their educational background includes an Executive MBA from ESSEC Executive Education and degrees in Business Administration and Management from Mannheim Business School and KEDGE Business School.
