Alberto Costamagna

Alberto Costamagna is an experienced project management professional currently serving as the Head of Project Management for West and South Europe at HeidelbergCement since November 2016. Prior to this role, Alberto held the position of Director of Engineering at Essroc Cement Corp, managing CAPEX project objectives and leading a team responsible for feasibility studies and execution. With a diverse background at Italcementi Group, Alberto has worked in various capacities, including Project Coordinator for alternative fuels, Field Office Coordinator and Construction Manager in India, and Project Engineer for significant projects in Italy and China. Alberto began expertise as a Junior Well Testing Engineer at Italfluid Egypt LLC and conducted research at the Università di Perugia. Alberto earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Perugia.
