Katharina Fischer

Katharina Fischer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transformation consulting and health & safety management. Currently serving as Principal - Transformation Consulting at Heidelberg Materials since April 2016, Katharina has held multiple roles including Global Change Lead for SAP S/4HANA Transformation and Head of Health & Safety in Germany. Prior to this, experience at BASF involved a focus on global HR trends and strategy, while earlier positions at ias-Gruppe emphasized diagnostics and development in health management. Katharina holds a Master of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Mannheim, along with various certifications in occupational safety and systemic organizational development, enhancing expertise in change management and employee safety initiatives.
