Koenraad Staels

Koenraad Staels is an experienced professional in product and marketing management with a focus on the Benelux region at Heidelberg Materials since September 2018, where responsibilities include executing strategic marketing plans and overseeing ESG initiatives. Previously, Koenraad held the position of Product Manager for Hybrid products at Komatsu Europe International, managing product strategies across 25 European countries. With prior experience as a Strategic Consultant at Deloitte Belgium and a Production Supervisor at ASCO, Koenraad began a career in engineering through an internship at Bosch Belgium, supporting design and development projects. Koenraad holds a Master's degree in Electromechanical Engineering from KU Leuven.
