Previously, Mario held the position of Business Unit Manager at Italcementi Group, managing financial outcomes and key customer relationships while also engaging in mergers, acquisitions, and market development. Earlier roles included Area Manager, where responsibilities encompassed budget management and market development, and Head of Environment, Safety, and Quality for East Italy, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Mario holds an MBA from MIP Politecnico di Milano and a Laurea Magistrale in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
