Maximilian Zurhorst

Maximilian Zurhorst has extensive experience in the mining and mineral engineering sector, currently serving as Management Assistant to the Member of the Managing Board Europe and formerly as Business Engagement Manager, Junior Business Engagement Manager, and Trainee X.PLORE at Heidelberg Materials since October 2018. Prior roles include Visiting Scholar at Colorado School of Mines, Student Research Assistant at the Institute of Mineral Resources Engineering at RWTH Aachen University, and various internships at companies such as NorStone AS, Wolfram Bergbau und Hütten AG, and Südwestdeutsche Salzwerke AG. Maximilian Zurhorst holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mining and Mineral Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, completed in 2014 and 2017, respectively.
