Shauny Qu

Shauny Qu is an experienced sustainability professional with a strong focus on data management and circular economy initiatives. Currently serving as a Sustainability Reporting & Data Expert at HeidelbergCement since March 2022, Shauny leads the implementation of sustainability data platforms and oversees the accuracy of KPI data for external reporting, while staying informed on ESG reporting developments. Prior roles include Sustainability Coordinator at Panasonic, where Shauny designed circular economy models, and a Knowledge Manager at Waste to Energy Research Technology Germany GmbH, overseeing global waste management research. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Sustainable Resource Management from the Technical University of Munich, alongside Bachelor's degrees in Environmental Science & Geography from The University of Auckland and Stockholm University.
