Stuart Schwartz

Stuart Schwartz is an experienced attorney currently serving as a Partner at Heidell Pittoni Murphy & Bach LLP since June 2022, with a focus on Vertical Transportation litigation. Previously, Stuart held the role of Partner at Gottlieb Siegel & Schwartz, LLP from April 2002 to July 2022, and at Oshman Mirisola & Schwartz LLP from 1991 until March 2002. Earlier in their career, Stuart was an Assistant District Attorney at the New York County District Attorney's Office from 1982 to 1987. Stuart earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, completing studies from 1979 to 1982, after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in history from Hobart and William Smith Colleges from 1974 to 1978.
