Marissa Barone-Smith, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at HEIDENHAIN North America, where extensive experience has been applied since September 2020. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at NCH Marketing Services and HH Global, where Marissa contributed to business solutions and marketing services, respectively.
