Dimitri Carokis

Dimitri, upon completion of his Masters degree, and corporate banking experience in the City of London started his shipping career at Elka. There he also gained experience of life at sea having embarked on an LR2. His career then took him into stainless steel parcel chemical tankers where he managed COAs and various regions at Tokyo Marine (Mol Chemical Tankers). He then joined Navig8 Chemicals where he gained further experience as pool manager and with tankers of various coatings and sizes varying from 13,000-50,0000dwt tankers. In 2019 Dimitri joined Curzon Maritime where they joined forces with Diamond S Shipping and managed the fleet out of Europe and West Africa both in clean & dpp, long term and spot.
