Tom Murray

Tom Murray is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as President and Global Managing Partner of Executive Search at Heidrick & Struggles, Tom oversees a revenue-generating operation exceeding $900 million and leads a global team focused on executive search. Prior to this role, Tom held significant positions at Dell Technologies, including Senior Vice President of HR for Global Sales and Marketing, and Chief Talent Officer, overseeing talent strategies for a workforce of over 140,000. Tom's career also includes leadership at East Coast Publications and a foundational role as Recruiting Manager at EMC. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Bates College.
