Patrick Gassaway is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of expertise in civil engineering and project management. As President of Heidt Design, LLC since September 2009, Patrick specializes in securing state, regional, and local entitlements for Developments of Regional Impact and Master Planned Communities, overseeing the implementation of these entitlements throughout design and permitting processes. Prior to this role, Patrick served as Senior Vice President at Heidt & Associates from June 1999 to September 2009. Patrick holds a Master of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Louisville, completed between 1978 and 1983.
