Addis Mengistu

Addis Mengistu currently serves as a Board Member for Abenetwork Peer Mentorship and holds the position of Director of Finance and Administration at Heifer International, where oversight of accounting and financial functions for Heifer Ethiopia is performed. Previous experience includes serving as Finance and Admin Manager at Abt Associates, directing finance and accounting functions while advising senior management on financial matters. Addis's career began at Dashen Bank SC as a Senior Inspector, Auditor, where significant cost-saving investigations were conducted. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from St. Mary's University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Addis Ababa University, alongside a certificate in Health Financing for Universal Health Coverage from WHO.
