Mark Chandler

Mark Chandler currently holds the position of Director of the Environment/Caring for the Earth at Heifer International since November 2022 and serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at Boston College, teaching citizen science and planetary health courses at Woods College. Previously, Mark held the role of Director of Research Initiatives at Earthwatch Institute from June 2001 to July 2021 and worked as a Research Scientist at New England Aquarium from 1992 to 2001. Education includes a Ph.D. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from McGill University and a B.Sc. in Wildlife Biology from the University of Guelph.
