Yan Guo

Yan Guo, SHRM-CP, serves as the Global Talent Acquisition Director at Heifer International since March 2020, overseeing the global talent acquisition function and driving strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Previous roles at Heifer include Global Talent Management Manager and Global Talent Acquisition Operations Lead, where Yan led full-cycle recruitment, implemented DEIB initiatives, and developed training programs for HR managers. Prior experience includes positions at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, USAble Life, and as an intern at various organizations. Yan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Commerce & Business from Rhodes College and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
