Sandra Milbourn has over 30 years of experience in financial services, currently serving as a Business Systems Analyst at Heights Finance Corporation since January 2001, where previous roles included Operations Support Analyst and Branch Manager 4. Prior to this, Sandra held the position of Senior Branch Manager at Avco Financial Services, Inc. from December 1986 to December 2000. Sandra Milbourn earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Business from Northern Illinois University between 1981 and 1985.
