Melissa A. Rowe, M.Ed., is an experienced professional in the fields of education and college coaching. As the Founder and Director of Capture Greatness! Scholarship & College Coaching since June 2013, Melissa leads initiatives to support first-generation college students and those from low-income backgrounds through engaging writing activities. Additionally, Melissa serves as a Contributing Writer for Generocity and The Philadelphia Public School Notebook, focusing on entrepreneurship advice and college preparation guidance, respectively. Previous roles include Post-Secondary Coordinator at Communities in Schools of Philadelphia, where over $1 million in student aid was secured, and Director of the Temple Writing Academy, which aimed to enhance literacy and college readiness among high school students. Melissa holds a Master's in Education and has been involved in various academic and community-oriented projects throughout a distinguished career in urban education and leadership.
