Arman Esmaili

Arman Esmaili is an experienced professional in asset management and engineering with a strong background in reliability and maintenance. Currently serving as the Asset Management Development Lead at Heijmans, Arman focuses on shaping growth strategies and ensuring alignment between organizational goals and client expectations. Previous roles include Team Lead for Maintenance Engineering, where oversight of maintenance teams involved analyzing asset performance and optimizing maintenance programs, and Reliability Engineer, responsible for ensuring reliability in asset design processes. Additionally, Arman has academic experience as a Student Supervisor at Hogeschool van Amsterdam, guiding graduate Aviation students.
