Chantal van Sommeren

Chantal van Sommeren currently serves as the Coördinator of the HR Support department at Heijmans, where the team assists employees with HR-related inquiries and manages the full administration of employment processes. Previously, Chantal held various positions at Tempo-Team from February 2000 to April 2022, including Senior Coördinator for EU-Flex, focusing on the deployment of foreign flexible workers in the Netherlands, and was responsible for the Back-Office and currently oversees Recruitment & Administration. Additional roles included Implementatiebegeleider, facilitating the integration of Tempo-Team’s processes at Vedior locations, and Senior Intercedent, where responsibilities involved client acquisition, relationship management, HR advisory, and sourcing flexible workers primarily in the financial sector. Chantal holds a degree in Bedrijfskunde (HBO) from 1994 to 1999.
