Dennis Hijkoop

Dennis Hijkoop is an experienced professional in traffic management, smart mobility, and urban planning with a diverse career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an Adviseur Verkeersmanagement, Intelligente Mobiliteit en Omgevingsmanagement at Heijmans since March 2021, Dennis previously held advisory roles at BAM Infra Nederland and Keypoint Consultancy, contributing to significant projects such as GoinGDutch Schiphol. Earlier experiences include consultancy for the EU and various governmental organizations at Rapp AG, political candidacy for VVD, and urban planning at Rijkswaterstaat. Dennis holds a Master’s degree in Urban Geography from Utrecht University and a Bachelor’s degree in Spatial Planning from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
