Maarten Rutgers

Maarten Rutgers is an experienced professional in the field of civil engineering and project coordination, currently serving as a Gebiedsontwikkelaar/projectcoordinator GOB at Heijmans Vastgoed since January 2013, focusing on area development in Berkel-Enschot. Previously, Maarten held positions as Lead Engineer and Ontwerpcoördinator, leading various design and contracting projects, including significant works on the N23 Westfrisiaweg and multiple D&C contracts. Prior experience includes roles as Projectleider at Breijn B.V. and Heijmans, where Maarten managed various public space development projects, as well as several RAW contracts for local governments. Maarten began the career as an intern at Van der Velden Rioleringsbeheer and Rasenberg Holding B.V., following a degree in Civil Engineering from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
