Tom van Hoof

Tom van Hoof is a seasoned professional in the field of vergunningen (permits) with extensive experience spanning multiple companies. Currently serving as an adviseur vergunningen sr. at Heijmans since October 2015, Tom has contributed significantly during the tender and contract phases of various projects. Tom’s previous roles include serving as a vergunningen adviseur for Stichting Gebiedsontwikkeling Feyenoord-City from January 2021 to July 2023 and serving as a vergunningencoordinator for the Hart van Zuid project, which focuses on integral area development commissioned by the municipality of Rotterdam.
