Ann Charlotte Valheim

Ann Charlotte Valheim has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ann Charlotte is currently the Head of Operations at Heimdall Power, where they are responsible for overseeing installations, monitoring day-to-day operations, building customer success, and implementing new technology. Ann Charlotte is also focused on continuously improving operational systems and processes to increase efficiency.

Prior to their current role, Valheim worked as a Project Manager at Atkins Norge AS, where they led the "Nødnett Connect" project, connecting mobile networks with the existing Emergency Network as a consultant for DSB. Their responsibilities included managing technical delivery, assessing market potential, and conducting user tests and pilots.

Valheim also has a background in engineering, having worked at Schlumberger in various roles. Ann Charlotte served as an Engineering Team Lead, overseeing the development of marine seismic streamers. Ann Charlotte also held the position of Sustaining Engineer, where they led efforts to improve vessel speeds while maintaining spread integrity. Additionally, Valheim worked as a General Field Engineer, managing wireline operations in the Saharan desert and various locations in Europe.

Earlier in their career, Valheim gained entrepreneurial experience as an Entrepreneurial Fellow at NTNU Technology Transfer. Ann Charlotte also completed multiple summer internships at Raufoss Industrial Park.

Ann Charlotte Valheim completed their Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2000 to 2005. In 2004, they had a study abroad experience as an exchange student at QUT (Queensland University of Technology), where they focused on Mechanical Engineering. Ann Charlotte Valheim also pursued a Master of Management in Project Management from BI Norwegian Business School from 2018 to 2019. Additionally, they attended Fudan University in 2005 to study Norwegian School of Entrepreneurship, although they did not obtain a degree from this institution.
