Ian-Nicola Held serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Heimkapital since February 2024, previously holding the position of VP Strategy & Venture Development. Prior experience includes roles at Munich Re from June 2022 to January 2024 as a Project Manager in the Global Strategy team, where leadership was demonstrated in high-profile strategy initiatives. Prior to that, Ian-Nicola Held worked at Bain & Company from October 2018 to March 2022, achieving rapid promotions and leading various commercial and operational due diligence projects in tech and financial services. Ian-Nicola Held’s early career includes internships at ZF Group, zeb consulting, and Deutsche Bank. Educational achievements consist of a Master of Science in Mannheim Master of Management from the University of Mannheim and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Goethe University Frankfurt, complemented by an exchange semester in Finance at Singapore Management University.
