Patrik Karlsson

Patrik Karlsson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in property management and operations. Currently serving as Regional Manager at Heimstaden since September 2021, Patrik has co-owned Värkbutiken, a company focused on pain prevention products, since January 2013. Prior to these roles, Patrik held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Landskronahem from May 2009 to September 2021, where responsibilities included managing the property portfolio and property management. Additional roles at Landskronahem included Head of Marketing and Customer Service Manager, while earlier experience at ScandLines AB involved traffic control and planning for ferry operations.
