Paul Watkins

Paul Watkins is an experienced Facilities Manager currently serving at Heimstaden since October 2022. Previously, Paul held senior facilities management roles at Brindleyplace and COMMERCIAL ESTATES GROUP LIMITED, where responsibilities included building management and oversight. A notable achievement includes being awarded the Sceptre Awards Centre Manager of the Year in 2014 while at Cushman & Wakefield Management Services. Paul began a career in facilities management in 2003 at Hilton Worldwide, progressing through various positions at leading organizations such as PwC, Inviron Ltd, and Eversheds, accumulating a wealth of expertise in facilities and asset management over nearly two decades.
