Stanislav Kubacek

Stanislav Kubacek has extensive work experience in the field of real estate and finance. Stanislav is currently serving as the Senior Managing Director at Heimstaden Group since October 2020. Prior to this, they held various roles including Managing Director - Head of Residential Investments at Round Hill Capital from February 2015 to June 2020. Stanislav also worked at RESIDOMO, where they held positions such as CIO, CFO, and Co-CEO and CFO from December 2017 to March 2020. In addition, Stanislav Kubacek has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at OLO Asunnot Oy and as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Advanced World Transport. Before entering the real estate industry, they worked as an Investment Banker at Goldman Sachs and as an M&A Analyst at Societe Generale. Stanislav holds a position as Vice-president of the board (Conseil de direction) at Sciences Po - IEP de Paris.

Stanislav Kubacek attended Sciences Po from 2002 to 2008, where they earned an MSc. in Finance and Strategy. During their time at Sciences Po, they studied Corporate Finance, Financial Markets, Corporate Strategy, and Accounting. In 2004 and 2005, they also attended Trinity College Dublin, with a focus on Economics and International Business.
