Claudia Flores

Claudia Flores is an experienced professional in the field of quality systems and manufacturing within the food industry, currently serving as the Quality Systems Leader at HEINEKEN MÉXICO since December 2019. In this role, Claudia is responsible for implementing and certifying food safety and quality management systems (FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001), as well as collaborating with various departments to maintain HACCP plans. Previous experience includes serving as Manufacturing Leader at Dawn Foods Global, achieving notable improvements in production fulfillment, and as Plant Manager Trainee at Grupo LAMESA, where automation projects were successfully executed. Claudia has also held managerial positions in production and quality at Helados Sultana de Monterrey and has a solid foundation in materials planning and environmental management from roles at Kraft Foods. Claudia holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Quality and Productivity from Universidad Tec Milenio and an engineering degree in Food Industries from Tecnológico de Monterrey, complemented by international education experiences in Italy and Canada.
