Francisco Santoyo Fexas

Francisco Santoyo Fexas has extensive experience in the brewing industry, currently serving as Brewing Leader at HEINEKEN MÉXICO since December 2019, where previous roles included Brewing Support Coordinator and Malting Support Coordinator. Prior to this, Francisco worked as Maestro Cervecero at Cervecería Virreinal from January 2016 to March 2017, focusing on the formulation of three styles of craft beer, process variable control, production management, and quality control. Francisco holds a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro (2017-2019) and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering from Instituto Politécnico Nacional (2011-2016), complemented by studies in Food Engineering with a focus on Wine Technology at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (2014-2015).
