Mario Alberto Morales Araujo

Mario Alberto Morales Araujo has a background in chemical engineering from the Institute of Technology of Sonora, where studies were completed from 2017 to 2021. Currently serving as Brewing Support Coordination, TPM Coordinator, and Packaging Quality Coordination at HEINEKEN MÉXICO since March 2022, responsibilities include validation of control points for quality plans and the HACCP system, as well as evaluation and release of finished products. Previous experience includes working as a laboratory intern in microbiology and molecular biology at Instituto Politécnico Nacional, where a new culture medium project was developed and biological samples were prepared for analysis. Additionally, Mario held the position of Production Supervisor and Quality Control at AGROINDUSTRIAS PEIMBERT S.A. DE C.V., focusing on production issues and quality assessment of products.
