Anna Den Hartog

Anna Den Hartog serves as the Head of Legal Data, Technology & Privacy Office at The HEINEKEN Company since September 2022, following a notable tenure as Head of Global Privacy at Heineken International from May 2016 to November 2022. With legal expertise in data protection, privacy, and technology law, Anna is an advocate admitted to the Dutch Bar and a recognized leader in the field, having been listed in the DPO top 200 by Data Protection World Forum. Anna co-founded the Dutch Association for Privacy Law and has held various prominent legal roles, including Senior Director of Data Privacy at Philips International and specialized attorney at Eversheds Faasen and Houthoff Buruma. Anna holds an LLM from the University of Amsterdam and has completed advanced studies in Information Technology Law at Grotius Academie.
