Liên Bùi

Liên Bùi is an experienced HR leader currently serving as HRBP Director-Commerce at HEINEKEN, where they continue to align people strategy with business priorities. With over 15 years of experience at multinational companies including Abbott, Nestlé, and Electrolux, Liên has a proven track record in strategic HR, organizational design, and talent management. They have held significant roles such as Head of HR at Abbott and Human Resource Manager positions at both Nestlé and Electrolux. Liên holds an MBA in Business Administration from the French Vietnamese Center for Management Education and a BA in Foreign Trade from Foreign Trade University.
